Providing Financial Clarity for Healthcare Staff
I am a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (ChFCIPP) and the current Head of Payroll & Benefits at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust, with approximately 40 years of senior experience managing UK payroll systems.
Throughout my career I have focused on simplifying NHS payroll, Agenda for Change contract structures, and NHS Pension Schemes — including regional tax rules, tiered pension contributions, High-Cost Area Supplements (HCAS), and unsocial hours enhancements.
